A family friendly park right in your backyard with a walking track, fire pit and playground. At Western Rockies Estates approximately two acres is being developed into a private park which will be shared by all property owners.
The park will be a common area owned and maintained by the property owners. A maintenance fee will be charged annually for upkeep and further development.
